Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of NT 201 (Botulinum Toxin) With Placebo for the Treatment of Lower Limb Spasticity Caused by Stroke or Traumatic Brain Injury

This study looks at a new treatment called NT 201 for muscle stiffness (spasticity) in the legs, often caused by stroke or head injury. We want to see if it works better than a dummy treatment and how safe it is.
