Low-dose versus standard-dose anticoagulation with argatroban or enoxaparin during extracorporeal membrane oxygenation controlled by anti-IIa or anti-Xa assay

This study looks at using different doses of blood-thinning medicines, argatroban or enoxaparin, for people on a life support machine called ECMO. We want to see which dose is safest and works best to prevent blood clots while avoiding too much bleeding.
