Beamion LUNG-2: A Study to Test Whether Zongertinib (BI 1810631) Helps People With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With HER2 Mutations Compared With Standard Treatment

This study looks at a new drug, zongertinib, for advanced lung cancer with a specific genetic change (HER2 mutation). It compares zongertinib to standard treatment to see if it can better slow down cancer growth and improve how long people live without their cancer getting worse.
