HTL0039732 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumours
This study is testing a new drug, HTL0039732, alone and with another cancer medicine, atezolizumab. It's for people with advanced solid tumours, aiming to see if blocking certain signals can help the immune system fight cancer. The goal is to find the right dose and see how well it works.

Study of Pembrolizumab With Concurrent Chemoradiation Therapy Followed by Pembrolizumab With or Without Olaparib in Stage III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-7339-012/KEYLYNK-012)
This study looks at new ways to treat advanced lung cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It combines standard chemotherapy and radiation with newer drugs, pembrolizumab and olaparib, to see if they can improve survival compared to current treatments.
