This study compares a new device, the Dynamic Decongestive System (DDS), with current treatments for ongoing leg swelling (lymphoedema). It looks at whether the DDS, used with compression stockings, is just as good, or "non-inferior," at managing swelling in the legs after initial intensive treatment.

Assessment of the Efficacy of the Dynamic Decongestive System in the Intensive Phase of Lower Limb Lymphedema
This study compares a new dynamic compression device with traditional bandages for treating lower limb lymphedema. It aims to see which method reduces swelling more effectively during the first five days of intensive treatment.
