A Study of Nemtabrutinib Plus Venetoclax vs Venetoclax + Rituximab (VR) in Second-line (2L) + Relapsed/Refractory (R/R) Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (CLL/SLL) (MK-1026-010/BELLWAVE-010).
This study is looking at a new combination of treatments for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). It compares a new drug called Nemtabrutinib with Venetoclax against a standard treatment, to see if the new combination is better at stopping the cancer from growing.

A Study of Pirtobrutinib (LY3527727) in Participants With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma
This study looks at the long-term safety of a medicine called pirtobrutinib for people with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). It's for those already taking part in a previous pirtobrutinib study, to continue treatment and monitoring.
