The NOVA-NOA Trial A Novel Aromatase Inhibitor, Leflutrozole, for Treatment of Non-Obstructive Azoospermia
This study, called NOVA-NOA, is looking into a new medicine called Leflutrozole to treat male infertility when sperm aren't found in a man's ejaculate. We want to see if this medicine can help men produce sperm in their semen.

This study looks at new ways to help men with fertility problems. It tests if certain hormone treatments can increase sperm count in men who have low sperm and low testosterone, but normal levels of another hormone called FSH. The main aim is to see how these treatments affect sperm concentration.
