A Study of Selpercatinib (LY3527723) in Participants With RET-Mutant Medullary Thyroid Cancer
This study is testing a new drug called selpercatinib for a type of thyroid cancer that has spread or can't be removed by surgery. It wants to see if this new drug is safer and works better than current treatments for people with a specific gene change (RET mutation).

A Study of Oral LOXO-292 (Selpercatinib) in Pediatric Participants With Advanced Solid or Primary Central Nervous System (CNS) Tumors
This study looks at a new medicine called Selpercatinib for children and young people (ages 6 months to 21 years) with certain advanced solid tumours or brain tumours. It's for those whose tumours have a specific genetic change (called RET alteration).
