Open-label, randomized Phase II trial with BNT111 and cemiplimab in combination or as single agents in patients with anti-PD 1/PD-L1-refractory/relapsed, unresectable Stage III or IV melanoma

This study is looking at new ways to treat advanced melanoma that hasn't responded to previous treatments. It compares a new drug, BNT111, alone and in combination with an existing drug, Libtayo, to see if they can shrink tumours or stop them from growing.
