A Phase 3, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blinded, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Pegcetacoplan in Patients with C3 Glomerulopathy or Immune-Complex Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis

This study is testing a new medicine, Pegcetacoplan, for kidney diseases called C3 Glomerulopathy and IC-MPGN. It wants to see if the medicine can help reduce protein in the urine and improve kidney health, compared to a dummy treatment.
