This study looks at a special type of radiation, called SABR, for people with breast cancer that has spread. Doctors want to see if SABR can help control the cancer in the breast and surrounding areas, and if it's safe to use.

Zanidatamab in Combination With Pembrolizumab and Chemotherapy in HER2 and PD-L1 Positive Metastatic Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma (GEA) Patients
This study looks at a new combination of medicines (Zanidatamab, Pembrolizumab, and chemotherapy) for advanced stomach or food pipe cancer that has spread. It focuses on patients whose cancer has specific markers (HER2 and PD-L1 positive) and haven't had previous treatment for advanced disease.
