A Clinical Study of Ifinatamab Deruxtecan Based Treatment Combinations or as Monotherapy to Treat Metastatic Castrate Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) (MK-2400-01A/IDeate-Prostate02)

This study is testing new treatments, alone or in combination, for advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. Researchers want to see if these treatments are safe and effective in helping men with this condition.
