Study of Pembrolizumab combined with Ataluren in Patients with metastatic pMMR and dMMR colorectal cancer adenocarcinomas or metastatic dMMR endometrial carcinoma: the ATAPEMBRO study

This study is testing a new combination of two cancer drugs, pembrolizumab and ataluren, for people in the UK with advanced bowel cancer or advanced womb cancer that has spread. It's an early-stage study to see if this combination is safe and works.
