This study is testing a new way to find a specific gene change (KRAS G12C) in people with advanced bowel cancer. This test helps see if a new medicine, sotorasib, might work for them. It's happening alongside a bigger study looking at how well sotorasib works.

This study is looking at a new treatment called sacituzumab govitecan for bowel cancer that has spread and isn't responding to other treatments. It compares this new drug to standard treatments to see which works best at stopping the cancer from growing.
