A study to find a suitable dose of BI 765883 and to test whether it helps people with advanced pancreatic cancer when taken alone or together with chemotherapy
This study is looking for the right dose of a new medicine, BI 765883, for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. It also wants to see if this medicine works by itself or when given alongside standard chemotherapy treatments.

PANOVA-4: Pilot, Single arm Study of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields, 150kHz) Concomitant with Atezolizumab, Gemcitabine and Nab-Paclitaxel as First-Line Treatment for Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (mPDAC)
This study, called PANOVA-4, is looking at a new treatment combination for a type of advanced pancreatic cancer. It combines gentle electrical fields called TTFields with existing medications (Atezolizumab, Gemcitabine, and Nab-Paclitaxel) to see how well it controls the disease and helps people live longer.
