A trial to find out how well CVHNLC works at different dose levels and how safe it is in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with lung cancer that cannot be completely cured.

This study is looking at a new medicine called CVHNLC combined with an existing treatment (pembrolizumab) for lung cancer that has spread. It wants to find the best dose of CVHNLC and check if it's safe for people with this type of lung cancer.
