Regorafenib in combination with temozolomide with or without radiotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed MGMT-Methylated, IDH wild-type glioblastoma. A phase I dose-finding study (REGOMA-2).
This study is looking for the best dose of a new medicine, regorafenib, when used with standard treatments (temozolomide and sometimes radiotherapy) for a specific type of brain tumour called glioblastoma. It aims to find a safe and effective way to combine these treatments for newly diagnosed patients.
