Urethral PeRfusion Index-Guided Hemodynamic ManagemenT in Patients Having Major Abdominal Surgery: the UPRIGHT Randomized Feasibility Trial
This study looks at a new way to monitor blood flow during major tummy surgery. Researchers want to see if keeping blood flow stable in a specific area of the body (using something called a urethral perfusion index) can help patients compared to standard care. Only older adults having long surgeries can join.
