A Study of Revumenib in R/R Leukemias Including Those With an MLL/KMT2A Gene Rearrangement or NPM1 Mutation
This study is looking at a new medicine called revumenib for different types of leukaemia that have come back or not responded to treatment. It aims to find the right dose and see how well it works and if it's safe for people with certain genetic changes in their leukaemia.

First in Human Study of Ziftomenib in Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia
This study is testing a new drug called ziftomenib for people with a type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. It's the first time this drug is being used in people.
