Moderate to severe pain associated with Osteoarthritis of the knee research hub

A single-arm, open-label, Phase III trial to evaluate the safety and tolerability of intra-articular injections of RTX-GRT7039 in subjects with moderate to severe pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee.

This study is looking at a new injection, RTX-GRT7039, for people with moderate to severe knee pain caused by osteoarthritis. It aims to check how safe the injection is and if it causes any unwanted side effects when given into the knee.
