Muscle-Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma of the Bladder research hub

A Phase 2, Open-Label, Multi-Center, Randomized Study of TAR-200 in Combination with Cetrelimab and Cetrelimab Alone in Participants with Muscle-Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma of the Bladder who are Scheduled for Radical Cystectomy and are Ineligible for or Refusing Platinum-Based Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

This study is testing new treatments for bladder cancer that has grown into the muscle. It looks at a new drug delivery system, TAR-200, with or without another drug called cetrelimab, before surgery. The aim is to see how well these treatments shrink the cancer or make it disappear.
