Trial of an Exercise Intervention for Children With Haemophilia
This study looks at whether a special exercise programme can help boys aged 6-12 with haemophilia. The aim is to see if strengthening muscles can improve their joint health, reduce pain, and help them join in more activities with friends, compared to their usual care.

STICK2IT - Understanding Why People Do or Do Not Stick With Exercise Treatment for Achilles Tendinopathy
This study aims to understand why some people with Achilles tendinopathy find it hard to stick with exercise treatment. By interviewing people about their experiences, we hope to find ways to make treatment better and more supportive for everyone, especially those who struggle.
