Stratified Medicine of Eplerenone in Acute Myocardial Infarction or Injury and no Obstructive Coronary Arteries.
This study looks at a heart condition where arteries aren't blocked but tiny blood vessels in the heart might be damaged. We're testing if a drug called eplerenone can help reduce heart damage in people with this problem, known as 'microvascular dysfunction.'
