Evasayil TM: A placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of spesolimab in the treatment of patients with Netherton syndrome
This study is testing a new medicine, spesolimab, for Netherton syndrome. It's a trial where some people get the medicine and others get a dummy treatment (placebo) to see how well spesolimab works and if it's safe. We're looking at how it improves skin symptoms and overall well-being.

A phase I/II, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo within-patient controlled, first-in-human (FIH) Proof of Concept (PoC) study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of topically applied SXR1096 cream in patients with Netherton syndrome (NS)
This study is testing a new cream, SXR1096, for Netherton syndrome. It's the first time it will be used in people. We're looking at how safe it is and if it helps improve skin symptoms, comparing it to a cream with no medicine.
