DELirium, Incidence, preVEntion and pRogression During Acute Intensive Neurological -Neurosurgical Rehabilitation

This study looks at how often confusion (delirium) happens in people recovering from brain and nerve conditions in rehabilitation. Over three years, we'll check patients daily to see who gets delirium, when it starts, and if it affects their recovery.
