A Phase II, Open-Label, multicentre, study investigating tolerability and efficacy of Gilteritinib in combination with fludarabine, cytarabine and idarubicin (FLAI) as induction therapy of newly diagnosed non-M3 FLT3-positive acute myeloid leukemia.GIMEMA AML2924

This study looks at a new drug, Xospata, combined with standard chemotherapy for adults with a type of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) that has a specific genetic marker called FLT3. We want to see how well this new combination works and if it's safe for patients who have just been diagnosed.
