Safety and Proof of Concept Study of ANXV (Annexin A5) in Patients With Diabetic Retinopathy or Retinal Vein Occlusion

This study investigates a new treatment called ANXV for non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy and retinal vein occlusion. It aims to see if ANXV is safe, improves vision problems, and reduces the need for other treatments. We're also testing different doses to find the most effective amount.
