A Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Randomized Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of KBP-336 as an Adjunct to Diet and Exercise in Obese Individuals with Osteoarthritis of the Knee

This clinical trial is testing a new medicine called KBP-336 for adults living with obesity and knee osteoarthritis. Alongside a healthy diet and exercise, researchers want to see if KBP-336 helps reduce body weight and eases knee pain over six months, compared to an inactive dummy treatment (placebo).
