The ALPINE trial: a phase 1-2 study of intra-arterial [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T for progressive or recurrent intracranial adult type diffuse glioma

This study, called ALPINE, is looking at a new way to treat certain brain tumours in adults. It uses a special liquid medication, [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T, delivered directly to the brain through a tube. It's an early-stage study to see if it's safe and how well it works.
