Double-blind placebo-controlled cross-over MRI study to evaluate the effect of naloxegol and codeine on gastrointestinal motility and volumes

This study is looking at how different medicines affect constipation caused by strong painkillers (opioids). We want to see how a new medicine, an old medicine, and a dummy pill change bowel movements and gut activity after a meal and after taking a laxative, using special scans.
