“Intravenous Thrombolysis With Tenecteplase Plus Thrombectomy Versus Thrombectomy Alone In Patients With A Large Ischemic Stroke: A Multicentre Randomized Controlled Trial” THE IVT ALL IN TRIAL

This study is looking at a new way to treat a serious type of stroke caused by a large blood clot. It compares giving a clot-busting medicine called Tenecteplase before removing the clot, versus just removing the clot. The main goal is to see if combination treatment helps more people recover better after 3 months.
