NOCANO: Nivolumab as neoadjuvant immunotherapy for patients with Oral CANcer and identification of response-predictive biomarkers in tumour draining lymph NOdes

This study is testing a new medicine called nivolumab for people with a type of mouth cancer (oral cancer). We want to see how well it shrinks tumours before surgery and if we can find ways to predict who will benefit most.
