Study Assessing The "Best of" Radiotherapy vs the "Best of" Surgery in Patients With Oropharyngeal Carcinoma
This study compares two main treatments for early throat cancer: surgery through the mouth (Trans Oral Surgery or TOS) and a type of radiation therapy (IMRT). It aims to see which treatment best preserves a person's ability to swallow during the first year after treatment.

CompARE: Escalating Treatment of Intermediate and High-risk Oropharyngeal Cancer (OPC)
