A Pilot, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Trial to Evaluate the Tolerability, Safety, and Pharmacokinetics of a Single Intra-articular Injection of CNTX-0066 in Participants with Chronic, Moderate-to-Severe Osteoarthritis Knee Pain
This study is testing a new medicine, CNTX-0066, for people with ongoing, moderate to severe knee pain from osteoarthritis. It's an early-stage study, checking if a single injection into the knee is safe, well-tolerated, and how the body handles it. Doctors hope to find a new way to help manage this common pain.
