Minimally Invasive Surgery After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Stage IIIC-IV Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancer, LANCE Trial
This study compares keyhole surgery (minimally invasive surgery) with traditional open surgery (laparotomy) for advanced ovarian cancer. It's for women who've already had chemotherapy. The aim is to see if keyhole surgery is as good or better for recovery and quality of life.

Paclitaxel and Carboplatin With or Without Bevacizumab in Treating Patients With Stage II, Stage III, or Stage IV Ovarian Epithelial Cancer, Primary Peritoneal Cancer, or Fallopian Tube Cancer
