This study is looking at new ways to prevent problems after a pancreas transplant in people with diabetes. It will test if a medicine called Kineret can help stop serious infections and rejections, aiming for better health after the transplant.

This study is looking at a new way to help people who have had a pancreas transplant. It's testing a medicine called Anakinra to see if it's safe and can help prevent problems after surgery, especially blood clots and the body rejecting the new pancreas.
