A Phase 3 Randomized, Open-Label, Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) Versus Chemotherapy for First-line Treatment of Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Carcinoma (LEAP-001)

This study is looking at new treatments for advanced or returning womb cancer. It compares a combination of two anti-cancer drugs (pembrolizumab and lenvatinib) with standard chemotherapy. The aim is to see which treatment works best to stop the cancer from growing and to help people live longer.
