Participants with normal hepatic function research hub

A multicentric, open-label, non-randomized study to evaluate the pharmacokinetic, safety and tolerability of ITF2357 given as an oral single 50 mg dose in participants with chronic hepatic impairment relative to matched participants with normal hepatic function.

This study looks at a new medicine called ITF2357. We want to see how the body handles it and if it's safe for people with liver problems, compared to people with healthy livers. Participants will take a single 50mg dose by mouth.
