MAINRITSys : Rituximab vs placebo for maintenance in systemic sclerosis – interstitial lung disease

This study looks at whether regular doses of a drug called rituximab can help slow down lung scarring in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) and lung disease. It compares rituximab to a dummy treatment after initial therapy.
