L-Thyroxine for the treatment of acute unilateral vestibulopathy (AUVP): a monocentric, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (T4U)

This study is looking at whether a common thyroid medication, L-Thyroxine, can help people with sudden, one-sided dizziness (acute unilateral vestibulopathy). It aims to see if it improves their quality of life. Participants will receive either the medication or a dummy pill.
