Patients with unresectable, previously treated locally advanced or research hub

A global multicenter phase 1/2 trial of EO4010, a novel microbial-derived peptide therapeutic vaccine, in combination with nivolumab and/or bevacizumab, for treatment of patients with previously treated metastatic colorectal carcinoma (the "AUDREY" study).

This study, called "AUDREY," is for people with bowel cancer that has spread and has been treated before. It tests a new vaccine called EO4010 with existing cancer medicines to see if it's safe and helps improve treatment.
