This study is testing new combinations of medicines for advanced melanoma that hasn't responded to previous treatment. Researchers want to see if these new treatments are safe and if they can shrink tumours. It's for adults aged 18 and over.

This study is looking at new treatments for melanoma, a type of skin cancer, that has not responded to previous therapies. Researchers want to see how safe these new treatments are, especially when given with or without a common cancer drug called pembrolizumab (Keytruda).
