Hyaluronic Acid and Polynucleotides for Supra-bony Defects
This study looks at treating gum disease that causes 'supra-bony defects' (bone loss above the tooth root). It compares two treatments: a standard gum surgery, and the same surgery combined with a special gel containing hyaluronic acid and polynucleotides, to see how wounds heal.
