Mirvetuximab Soravtansine With Bevacizumab Versus Bevacizumab as Maintenance in Platinum-sensitive Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Peritoneal Cancer
This study is looking at a new treatment for certain types of ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer that have returned after initial treatment. It compares a new drug, mirvetuximab soravtansine, given with bevacizumab, against bevacizumab alone, to see if the new combination can keep the cancer away for longer.

Post Splenectomy Infections After Surgery for Peritoneal Malignancies (OPSI)
This study looks at infections after spleen removal surgery for peritoneal cancer. We want to understand how often these infections happen and if antibiotics prescribed afterwards are helping. We'll call patients regularly for five years to ask simple questions.

Adaptive ChemoTherapy for Ovarian Cancer in Patients With Replased Platinum-sensitive High Grade Serous or High Grade Endometrioid Ovarian Cancer
This study is for women with ovarian cancer that has come back, specifically a type that has responded well to chemotherapy in the past. It's looking at a new way to give carboplatin, a common chemotherapy drug, to see if it can work better and with fewer side effects.
