Bosutinib in Pediatric Patients With Newly Diagnosed Chronic Phase or Resistant/Intolerant Ph + Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

This study is testing a new medicine called Bosutinib for children and teenagers (1-17 years old) with a type of blood cancer called Philadelphia chromosome-positive Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). It aims to find the right dose and see how safe and effective it is.
