A Study to Evaluate Sapablursen (Formerly ISIS 702843, IONIS-TMPRSS6-LRx) in Patients With Polycythemia Vera

This study is testing a new medicine called sapablursen for people with a blood condition called polycythemia vera. It aims to see if sapablursen can reduce the need for regular blood removal and improve daily life. Participants will receive injections over several months.
