Platinum resistant recurrent or metastatic ovarian research hub

A Phase 1/2a/3 Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of Adding AL3818 (Anlotinib, INN: Catequentinib), a Dual Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor, to Standard Platinum-Based Chemotherapy in Subjects with Recurrent or Metastatic Endometrial,Ovarian, Fallopian, Primary Peritoneal or Cervical Carcinoma.

This study is testing a new drug, AL3818, alongside standard chemotherapy for women with certain types of advanced gynaecological cancers that have come back or spread. The aim is to see if this combination can help control the cancer for longer.
