Prospective Natural History Study of POLG Disease

This study, called PIONEER, is looking at how a rare condition called POLG disease changes over time. It aims to understand the condition better and help develop new treatments by tracking how it affects people over several years. It's a natural history study, meaning no new drugs are being tested.
