What is the diagnostic accuracy of midwife-delivered point-of-care ultrasound for detecting breech presentation at term?
This study looks at whether midwives can accurately find out a baby's position using small, handheld ultrasound scanners. It compares these small scanners with the bigger machines used in hospitals. This is important for helping mothers and babies have a safe birth, especially if the baby is breech (bottom down).
