Propranolol for early secondary prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder in female victims of sexual violence: a single-center, randomized, placebo-controlled pilot study - PPRESVISE

This study is looking into whether a common blood pressure medicine called propranolol might help prevent post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in women who have experienced sexual violence. It's a small, early-stage study to see if this treatment could be helpful soon after a traumatic event.
